POLICIES

General Policies

  • There is a security guard on duty to maintain the safety of the area for our guests.

  • Quiet hours on the camp site are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

  • Cooking hotdogs and s’mores over the campfire is encouraged.

  • Please extinguish all fires by 11 p.m. or when not attended.

  • NO SMOKING on our campgrounds - $250 fee for smoking in the wagon or teepee

  • NO candles or fires permitted inside the wagons or teepees

  • Only service animals are allowed.

  • No radios, music or sounds transmitted via speaker

  • Free parking available on site.

  • Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

  • Complimentary fire starting supplies are provided. We encourage you to bring your own.

  • The Michael Phelps Signature Swim Spa is complimentary for a 30-minute session and may be booked upon check-in. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Adults must be present at all times.

  • The Hospitality Room is available at all hours with complimentary coffee, coin-op laundry, snack and beverage machines.

  • Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not prohibited

Farm Open/Closed For The Season Policy

In the event that Orr Family Farm is closed during your stay, you will have access to activities such fishing, giant slides, giant jumping pillows, human foosball and more. When the Farm is open, guests will have access to the park during open hours.​

Lost/Damaged Items

Orr Family Farm is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. You will be held financially responsible for any incurred cost due to damages and/or broken or missing items. You will be billed for any damages and/or broken or missing items within 48 hours of your stay.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in time is between 4-6 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. Arrival can be no earlier than 4 p.m. Should you need to arrive later than 6 p.m., please call and alert the Lodging Manager, Rachel Cates, at (405) 476-6395.

Rate Rules/Restrictions

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are confirmed in the currency of the state of Oklahoma in the United States of America, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed, per stay. Additional charges added to the stay will be specified in the confirmation details. Applicable charges for the package confirmed are indicated in your booking confirmation details. Applicable taxes will be added to the bill unless indicated otherwise. The tax charges shown on your confirmation details are those currently in effect. Tax charges are subject to change without notice according to the local law. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

Should you need to reschedule your stay, please contact the Lodging Manager, Rachel Cates, at (405) 476-6395 as soon as possible. Should you need to cancel and cannot reschedule your visit, please do so 14 days before the date of your visit to receive a full refund. A cancellation any time within the 14-day period before your visit will result in the charge of the total amount of your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or result from a mistake or error.
